The South Carolina Arts Commission’s Upstate Arts Hub Region covers the upper northwest corner of our state, and includes:

- Laurens County

- Pickens County

Our Upstate Arts Hub partner is Greenville Center for Creative Arts, providing access to art from all angles – through education, exhibitions, and artist support – fostering an inclusive, thriving, and transformative arts community.

Our Upstate Arts Hub Office is Office 2 at the Greenville Center for Creative Arts, in the former Brandon Textile Mill at 101 Abney Street, Greenville, SC 29611.

- Arts Hub Coordinator – Western Piedmont/ Upstate
Taylor joins the Arts Commission staff from Greenwood, SC. Since graduating from the Lander University Art Department, she has been teaching art and working as a community arts coordinator. Taylor has spent her career creating accessible art opportunities for youth and adults in the Greenwood County area, something she continues as part of the SCAC team.
