The Spartanburg Philharmonic is a professional orchestra serving the Upstate of South Carolina providing enriching educational concerts, school visits, and professional musical expertise to our local community. We provide opportunities for schools to receive visits from musicians and guest conductors, coordinate with teachers on concert opportunities, and act as a hub for hiring instrumental music specialists for ensemble sectionals. The staff at the Spartanburg Philharmonic also works with school districts and teachers to design lessons and curriculum, professional development for music educators, technology integration in music classrooms, and Careers in Music presentations.
