Artist Bio

I am a professional and award winning voiceover artist based in Upstate South Carolina. I have worked full-time in voiceover since 2014 and primarily work from my home studio based in upstate SC. My voiceover work can be heard in video games, animation, narration, eLearning, corporate, real estate, audiobooks and much more. Work highlights include an HGTV promo and an English dub for the cinema released animation, Warrior King and some narration for Pokémon. My native accent is British but I voice many other British regional accents, as well.

I have presented at multiple voiceover conferences such as the One Voice conference, VO Atlanta and Get Your Game On. I currently have been nominated for 24 voiceover awards with 5 wins, with the most recent being One Voice USA Best Gaming Performance 2023 and a SOVAS (Society of Voice Arts) for best Audio Description Museums 2022.

Artist Statement

Amateur theater was something that I did as a hobby for nearly 20 years. I have a degree in Chemistry and worked for a short time as a teacher. I then established a successful long term career in sales. I started a new career as a voice actor, when I relocated to the area from the UK. My past careers have helped to shape my work ethic and talent. I started my freelance business from the ground up but commitment to training and understanding the industry has helped me work full time in this creative field.

I started in 2014. and it took several years to become established. Many of my voiceover clients are global and a big part of my day is auditioning for work. Work is generated through agent representation, specialist casting sites, returning clients and, networking. I submit around 200 voice auditions a month book around 20 projects per month and manage the administration and marketing required to run a small business. I do a variety of voicework which creates more opportunity and is great at keeping the work varied and interesting.

My voiceover genres are varied but I particularly enjoy voiceovers that will entertain, such as in video games and animations.
