LPC, LCMHC, ATR-BC, PMH-C

I hold a Master of Arts degree in Creative Arts in Therapy-Art Therapy, from Hahnemann University Graduate School (Drexel University) Philadelphia, PA. and I am a Board Certified, Registered Art Therapist (ATR-BC). I am a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) in the state of South Carolina and a Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor (LCMHC) in North Carolina. In addition, I am trained and certified as a Perinatal Mental Health Professional (PMH-C) and certified as an International Association of Infant Massage instructor. I have additional training and certification as an End of Life Doula. I have practiced as an Art Therapist serving a wide range of clients in a variety of clinical and community settings in PA, D.C., VA, NC and SC, including in-patient and residential psychiatric facilities, crisis and domestic violence shelters for women and children, as well as civilian and military parenting programs, school-based counseling, and community organizations. I utilize Art Therapy as my primary clinical focus, addressing the development and enhancement of social-emotional skills, perinatal mental health, parenting concerns and parent-child relationships, military life challenges, life transitions, loss, grief, and end of life concerns. I create commissioned works of art locally in Beaufort, SC.
