THERAPEUTIC EXPERTISE: Art Therapy

I have been working as an art therapist for 20 years and as an artist my entire life. I utilize a person-centered approach when working with individuals, groups and communities. My belief is that art therapy and the creative arts are intrinsically healing and can be a profound pathway to discovering more about the inner workings of ourself and our relationship with others. In addition, the arts can be developed and utilized as positive coping tools to help us navigate the world we reside in.
