The South Carolina Arts Commission’s Olde English Arts Hub Region extends from the central portion of the North Carolina border, and includes:
- Cherokee County
- Chester County
- Chesterfield County
- Fairfield County
- Kershaw County
- Lancaster County
- Union County
- York County
Our Hub Partner
Our Olde English Arts Hub partner is the Arts Council of York County, whose mission is to create arts programming that encourages education, economic development, and arts advocacy through unique art experiences that engage the community to make York County a regional arts destination.

- Arts Hub Coordinator – Olde English
Julian is a Charlotte native who has a music education background. He previously worked for Bradford Prep Charter School and Charlotte Mecklenburg Public Schools, teaching Chorus and Piano. He received a BA from Lee University in Music and a MA in Arts Administration from Winthrop University.
