About

Rachel Jones is a native of South Carolina. She has lived in England, Dominican Republic, and briefly Peru which have all influenced her artistic ideology. Though her formal education was in photography, painting has become her main focus. Rachel Jones spent many years as an artist’s model and curating gallery shows in Horry County before turning her attention to her own artistic development. Rachel is a workshop and private instructor. She makes oil paintings, watercolor, mixed and currently oil miniature lockets as wearable art.
