Martha Connerton/Kinetic Works is a Charlotte based dance company that offers a wide array of educational performances and residencies as well as professional concert performances and unique community events.
Martha has an outstanding range of experience as a professional ballet and modern dancer and choreographer, which reflects in her work as an educator.
KINETYX Active Learning Performances are available live and online. These timeless performances teach Math, Science, Language Arts and Social Studies through dance and choreography. A four member ensemble offers a range of dance styles while teaching lessons in core curriculum.
KINETIKids Residencies are available both live and online. These programs get students and teachers involved in the creative process of making dances while learning important concepts in Math, Science, Language Arts and Social Studies.
KINETIConnect Teacher Workshops are available to help teachers learn how to integrate creative movement in their classrooms.
