The South Carolina Arts Awards

The South Carolina Arts Gala

May 13, 2015

An annual fundraiser supporting the arts education and arts development programs of the South Carolina Arts Commission

Join the South Carolina Arts Foundation as it celebrates South Carolina's arts community with celebrity artists, a fabulous art sale, delicious food and more!

Art Sale

The gala will include an art sale featuring works by some of South Carolina's finest artists. A wide range of original one-of-a-kind artworks, including functional and non-functional craft, paintings and sculpture provide many choices for both seasoned and beginning collectors.

South Carolina Arts Awards

Prior to the gala, this year's South Carolina Arts Awards recipients (Elizabeth O'Neill Verner Governor's Awards for the Arts and Jean Laney Harris Folk Heritage Awards) will be honored in a brief recognition ceremony at 6:15 p.m. at Southside Baptist Church (702 Whaley, across the street from the gala).

Tickets to the gala are $75 per person and may be purchased online with a credit card or check. The awards recognition ceremony is included with your ticket. We hope you'll join us in celebrating our award recipients prior to enjoying the gala!
