Roster of Approved Artists

The S.C. Arts Commission's Roster of Approved Artists is an extensive list of artists in many disciplines who are available to presenters and to serve in arts education programs in South Carolina.

The following grant programs require grantees to contract roster artists (i.e., grant funds cannot be used to pay for non-roster artists):

• S.C. Arts Commission Arts In Education (AIE) grants
• Arts in the Basic Curriculum (ABC) grants
• State Department of Education grants

Those who apply for inclusion on the roster must pass a panel review.  Applications for the roster are accepted on a rolling basis throughout the year.
