South Carolina Arts Commission Board to Meet Oct. 31 in Aiken

COLUMBIA, S.C. – The South Carolina Arts Commission Board will meet Thursday, Oct. 31 from 10 a.m. - 1 p.m. at East Aiken School of the Arts. Interested parties may attend the meeting at the school, 223 Old Wagener Road, Aiken, S.C.
