COLUMBIA, S.C. – The South Carolina Arts Commission Board will meet Wednesday, Aug. 21 at 3 p.m. Interested parties may attend the meeting at the S.C. Arts Commission, located at 1026 Sumter Street, Suite 200, Columbia.
