A New Online Application Process

Organizations that apply for operating support grants (annual or long term) will use the new Online South Carolina Arts Resources (OSCAR) system. Current general operating support grantees will also be able to access and utilize existing application data.

Registration and password access information has changed from the previous online application system. The Arts Commission will provide instructions for initial registration and accessing existing information.
