If awarded, the following information must be included in the narrative of the Final Report for Cultural Tourism Initiative grantees:

RESEARCH GRANTEE ONLY:
Describe the activity for which your organization received funding. What were the measurable goals of your activity? Explain in detail whether or not you met your goals; provide numbers where applicable. How will this proposed activity be sustained in future years?

MARKETING GRANTEE ONLY:
What were the specific and measurable results of your marketing efforts? Explain what methods you used to evaluate and assess the effectiveness of your marketing efforts.

ALL GRANTEES:
What was the economic impact of your cultural tourism project? Describe how the actions of cultural tourism lead to generating economic impact.

How did engaging in this activity impact the organization both positively and negatively? Explain the collaborations and partnerships beneficial to the success of the project. Describe the most outstanding accomplishment as related to this activity. What lesson did you learn by engaging in this activity?

Submit a copy of the original project work plan that was developed as part of this grant application. If changes occurred during the planning process, submit another workplan and indicate the changes.
