SC Arts Commission Grant Programs

For FY08 Annual Operating Support (ANO) and Long Term Operating Support (LTO) grants ONLY:

The Final Report for FY08 Annual and Long Term Operating Support grants will be completed online via the OSCAR system. FY08 Operating Support grantees will NOT use a paper form (PDF) to file their FY08 Final Report.

For Arts in Education (AIE) Grants:

• All AIE grantees must submit an AIE Final Report Form (PDF).
• Arts in Basic Curriculum (ABC) Advancement, Quick Start, and Residency Plus Individual Site grantees must also submit an Artist Utilization Detail form (PDF).
• Residency Plus Multi-Site grantees must submit three forms: the AIE Final Report Form (PDF), an Artist Utilization Detail Form (PDF), and an Artist Utilization Summary Form (PDF).

For All Other Grants

• Use the Final Report Form (PDF).
• Subgrantees must also submit a Subgrant Activity Form (PDF).
