SC Arts Commission Grant Programs

S.C. Arts Commission Final Report Requirements*

ALL GRANTEES are required to file a Final Report at the end of the grant period. The Final Report Due Date is printed on your contract. Failure to submit an accurate and complete Final Report by the due date will result in cancellation of the award and repayment of funds received. The S.C. Arts Commission will not fund applicants who have outstanding Final Reports.

* The requirements detailed on this page apply to all grant categories EXCEPT:

  • General Operating Support (GOS) – Final Reports will be filed online through OSCAR system.

    Note for FY2014 GOS Grantees:

FY14 GOS final reports are now available in OSCAR (Online SC Arts Resource).

    • If you are in GOS Group 2, your FY14 Final Report must be completed using the original OSCAR system, not the new application system.
    • Group 1 and Group 3 will complete their FY14 Final Report in the new OSCAR system.

When working on your FY14 GOS Final Report (due August 1, 2014 by 5:00pm, unless you have been granted an extension), please use the groups list to access the correct link for your Final Report. Do not use the application link at the end of the current GOS guidelines.

  • Traditional Arts Apprenticeships – The program director will work with you to create your Final Report.
