SCAC Grant Final Reports
For Operating Support Grants ONLY:
The Final Reports for Operating Support grants will be completed online via the OSCAR system. Operating Support grantees will NOT use a paper form (PDF) to file their Final Report.
NOTE for FY2012 GOS Grantees: Final Reports (due August 1, 2012) must be completed using the original OSCAR system, not the new application system adopted this year. If you are working on your FY12 GOS Final Report, please log in at https://www.culturegrants-sc.org/. Do not use the application link at the end of the current GOS guidelines.
For Arts in Education (AIE) Grants:
Final Report requirements vary; refer to the grant program guidelines for details.
For All Other Grants
- Use the Final Report Form (PDF).
- Subgrantees must also submit a Subgrant Activity Form (PDF).
