Arts in Education Grants

Innovative Partnership Grant Applications -
Completing the Budget Form

We have made a few changes to the budget form to make it more streamlined and efficient. If you have any questions, please call Kim Harne (803.734.8630) at any time.

 

Expenses

  • Supplies: enter the amount that will be spent on supplies
    Supplies could include writing materials, paper, books, DVDs, fabric, craft items, etc.  
  • Professional Services: enter the amount that will be spent to send teachers to professional development opportunities or to receive these services on-site.
  • Other: enter the amount that will be spent on expenses that do not fall into the above two categories and list the expenditures on the lines provided.
  • Total: the total for Expenses should match the total for Income.

 


 

Income

  • Grant award: enter the grant amount you are seeking, not to exceed $4,000 per individual IPG grant.
    • For consortium applications, each participating consortium member may request up to $4,000; maximum of $20,000 per consortium.
  • Matching funds: enter the same amount – this is the amount you will need to match using other funds.
  • Source of funds: choose the source of your matching funds; if you choose “Other”, please describe in the space provided.
  • Total: the total for Income should match the total for Expenses.
