South Carolina Fiction Project

This annual writing competition, sponsored by The (Charleston) Post and Courier and the South Carolina Arts Commission, publishes up to 12 works of short fiction each year.

Note: The S.C. Arts Commission and The Post and Courier have suspended the S.C. Fiction Project. Applications are not being accepted for 2010. The Arts Commission is grateful for the Post and Courier's generous support of this program since 1993.

From l984 through l992, the SC Fiction Project was co-sponsored by The State newspaper.
