Arts in Education Booking Conference

The 2010 Arts in Education Booking Conference will be included as part of the S.C. Alliance for Arts Education (SCAAE) Arts Integration Conference, September 23 & 24 in Columbia. Educators from all across the state will attend this conference, which will set aside time for participants to visit exhibit booths in the Artist Booking Hall.

Professional artists who are approved members of the S.C. Arts Commission's Roster of Approved Artists will be on site to share information about the residencies and performances that they offer. Artists' exhibits, which include all arts disciplines - visual and performing arts, crafts, media, literature, storytelling and photography - are focused on serving school arts education programs. Note: Space at the booking hall is limited to 50 artists, so artists on the S.C. Arts Commission's Approved Artist Roster should register soon to secure a table.
