Plan to toast the S.C. Arts Commission's 40th anniversary with a festive evening celebration on May 7 at the Columbia Museum of Art. The S.C. Arts Foundation will honor the 40th anniversary and the arts community with great food, a spectacular art auction and entertainment. Tickets are $75. The event runs from 7-10 p.m., and dress is cocktail attire.

The silent auction begins immediately following the anniversary presentation.
Gov. McNair to be honored
The South Carolina Arts Foundation will pay tribute to the late Gov. Robert E. McNair during the 40th anniversary celebration, honoring his role in creating the Arts Commission. Former board members and others who shaped the agency's history will take part in the celebration. More >>>
